Jessmin Duryea

Jessmin has been brewing at home since 2012 after stumbling across a "How To" video on YouTube. His love for beer and love for his community has driven his desires to open a brewery in his hometown. With this, Jessmin has set out to bring his passion of beer to the commercial scale. You can find him either working in the back or behind the bar most of the days. Come say hi to Jessmin!
Lana Duryea

Lana has been a driving force behind Cypress Roots as we know it today! Beyond organizing our events, designing flyers, and keeping the beer flowing, she’s also the mastermind behind our famous Cypress Roots logo. As Lana puts it: “One day I was a little bored in my psychology class and started doodling. A few sketches realized the letters ‘CR’ looked just like a beer mug. It was perfect!”
With her mix of backgrounds and talents, Lana brings energy and originality to everything she touches. Come say hi to her on Saturdays — she’s always up for good conversation!
